The following is a list of our terms of sale, this needs to be signed and faxed to our offices with every order.

• All orders received with a deposit will be confirmed with a delivery date, within 4-6 weeks.
• Garments are made to order therefore no changes to orders will be accepted after the receipt of your deposit.
• Our garments are made to International Size Standards and ARE NOT MADE TO INDIVIDUAL MEASUREMENTS.
• SKC Corporate Images cannot be held responsible for late deliveries brought about by unforeseen circumstances, i.e. factory or transport strikes. Customers shall not be entitled to cancel orders on the basis of late delivery.
• Our factory closes for the three weeks over the Christmas holidays and must be taken into account when calculating delivery dates.
• SKC Corporate Image reserves the right to withdraw fabrics and styles from the range and replace them with new ones.
• SHOULD YOU REQUIRE CONTINUITY OF A PARTICULAR FABRIC FOR FURTHER USE PLEASE INFORM US OF THIS FACT IN WRITING, SO THAT WE CAN DISCUSS HOW BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUIREMENT.
• Because of the nature of knitted garments, no guarantees are given on knitwear. However all our knitwear is South African Bureau of Standards approved.
• SKC Corporate Image will endeavour to ensure the consistency of colour matches on repeat orders but guarantees are not given in this regard.
• Any delivery shortages or faulty garments must be advised by fax or e-mail and confirmed telephonically within 7 days of receipt of orders.
• Delivery will be charged according to quantity and location.
• A 50% DEPOSIT is required on placement of order and the BALANCE MUST REFLECT IN OUR ACCOUNT before goods are released.
• For private orders, full payment is required on placement of order.
• SKC Corporate Image reserves the right to increase prices as the result of increase cost due to unforeseen circumstances.
